syntherol question

I intend to use syntherol. I saw mixed reaction, so I am a bit confused. My aim is of course to gain size on my bics and tricps. but I'm in no way expecting to have those freeking looking arms with no definition. I want to keep the athletic look and muscle definition. Is it possible? I will appreciate any responsable answer.

That is simple fact that few people seem to realise, its mind boggling why
