Hey....I was wondering if syntheselen would be good to use before a race competition. I was trying to find ATP and came across this product. What do you think?? I'm also assuming although it says on the website to take it orally....you can take by injections. I was considering buying something called dynacleine, I think its straight ATP. How about some help here guys!! I'm new to this!! Thanks.
 
What kind of race? Endurance or sprint?

Look into Synthelator on the same website. It's straight AMP. I know that racers use it before races as it's an extreme vasodilator so more O2 goes through the blood.

thanks Big A. I'll look into the synthelator. The race is a sprint. I've heard of AMP before....do you think it's better than ATP. And is the synthelator injectable. I've read a lot of your articles....I would you suggest an 6'1, 185 pound sprinter stack insulin, GH, creatine and the synthelator or synthelen?? Thanks a lot.
 
Depends which protein you have. Generally, just make sure that you are well fed and make sure you have enough nutrients after each workout (practice session).

Insulin - after each session, one shot of HumR - 10 to 12IU for your weight.
GH - 6IU+ per day - Ilike taking it before bed.
Syntheselen - 3ml/day, IM or SQ.

Synthelator - ONLY day of race! Two hours before it. It takes about 1 hour for the veins to maximise in size, so then give them some time to fill up the blood with oxygen as you will hyperventilate - don't use it if you are an asthmatic! - 400mg IM.

If you don't have a weight class to make and the bloating from the insulin doesn't bother you, then stay on all the way. The insulin should keep your muscles fully carb loaded at all times if you do it right.
