Sytherol In ABS...

Should I sytherol my abs... yes or no ? just got a bottle especially for those pourposes. Iv recently used it in arms with good results.

I did a few ML in abs at the end of the bottle to see how it hurt... Anyway i was talking to a guy today about syntherol (but didnt mention i had some) - he randomly told me about a guy who competed along side him and used syntherol in his abs - said his abs all filled out so there was no definition, and it just looked like a big tortoise shell on his stomach...

Whats the crack regarding this?

why on gods green earth would you want your abs bigger? thats what syntherol does, makes muscle bigger!

if you are lean, you have abs showing.... if you are fat you dont.....

if you are fat and want to get abs by sticking syntherol in your abs you are stupid....

sorry for the outburst but i feel it is necessary, it seems people think seo's are the way to get in shape these days.....

Agreed.
The only reason people use Syntherol in the abs is if they have flat abs that don't stick out even when they are in shape.
If you want to use it for any other reason (you can't see the abs cause you are too fat) then don't!

Agree,you should be in realy shape to use syntherol to your abs. And to be sure that you tried all the conventional avenues. When you can't achieve anything more and if you are still unhappy then yes I will chose sytnherol.

im 10% bodyfat... abs are showing... but there right peckers... no mass what so ever compared to chest and shoulders, just dosent look right they need massing up, tryed weighted abs and low weight hi reps, never does much - i get abit of a pump then back to baby abs before i know it
