Tamoxifen to cut chest fat?

Could using tamoxifen for a moderate period of time at a lower dose be effective in aiding in cutting chest fat, specifically if it is caused by/related to elevated levels of estrogen/concentrated fat deposits? I have heard this before but would like to know from some folks who actually know what they are talking about ha

Nolva is used to somewhat control estrogen. However it will not cut chest fat as you had hoped. The only way your lose fat off your chest is with cardio and diet.

I would expect tamaxifen to help more with lower body fat. It works wonders on some women with stubborn lower body fat.
