does water based test suspension go bad faster than other types of test which are oil based? a friend of mine was lucky enough to get his hands on some pharmaceutical suspension and the expirations date was only one year from the manufacture date. usually the expiration dates on most bottles is 2 or 3 years.

If it is stored correctly it will last a long time after even expiration.

i would imagine that it will stay fine for longer than its expiration, but, after opening it wont last as long as an oil based product after opening.
