Well, as I said, work and maybe the lack of strong discipline is still keeping me away from a 100 percent diet. Let’s say I improved from a 20 to 50 percent in the last month or so… however, the stack deserves most of the credit.
I'm trying to keep my protein intake to a minimum of 150g a day, so that I can have a proper breakfast of cereal every morning, and I'm trying not to eat after 9pm as this is when temptations are bad

Looks like you are getting even leaner!

So, have you increased your workouts since you started or are you still at lifting 3 times/cardio 2 times a week?
 
Yes, I wasn't expecting such quick fat loss either.

Yeah, the very same routine.
 
Thinking of reducing the dosage to half. I'm a bit worry that I'm loosing too much weight too fast while eating like a bear the whole day. I'm down to 74 kg, more than what I planned at the start of the cycle.
 
Why not training and eating in a way where you can build muscle, while loosing bf? Because you are loosing so much fat I think this is the right moment to add some muscle. Just a thought.

You can also decrease the dosage more or stop shooting if you are happy with the results.

Do you think you could post your food log for at least one day? Pretty curious to know exactly what your eating since you say your diet isn't very clean but yet your still dropping weight!
 
Oats for b’fast, chicken and sweet potato with salad for lunch, protein shake.

This is the good part of it.

Than a cooked meal for the tea,possible ice cream :) , or a piece of cake. Later on it could get worse, couple of beers, seeds and at the worst a kebab before bed time. This is a typical bad diet day.

I have cleaner days. 50 – 50 in a week. I am curious how things are going to look a month after this cycle. Hopfully I won't get back to square one.
I will post a after cycle pic as well.

Next week is the time of a two months break for me.
