Testosterone test came back.... Total vs free.......help

Just tested my blood doing 1.5ml of Cypionate a week. The results is :
Total test 4.9, reference 2.5 to 10.0
Free test 60 , reference 6 to 30

So why such a difference? Is my body not able to use the test I inject? Please help me understand this, thanks.

If it’s saying normal
Range is 2.5 to 10,
I would think 1.5 ml of cyp a week would put you out of the normal range.
Your cyp is 200mg so your taking 300mg per week?

i think the states use different numbers.
i have a blood test here scale for test total on mine is 2.49-8.36ng/ml. total test 8.38.
free test. 57.10-178.50. mine was 113.70 pg/ml
if you look you can find conversion figures to put that into us standards.
i think i was using 20mg cyp 6x wk like that. i usually inject in the afternoon prior to training. i did that then had test next day in the am. i did my daily shot after the test in the afternoon. like normal. this dose usually puts me on the higher end of normal like it shows.

no one can really answer your question.
try a different test. inject more regularly. for for a month or two then try the test again.

maybe if the test was done way after your inj your test was in fact low? maybe it was a none off experience? do you live on test? do you feel normal?

Right, from the Total test number I thought it was way underdosed(yes total 300mg a week, inject every other day). But why Free test is double the normal range? If it was underdosed I assume also free test would be low.

Taking test exogenously almost will always lower SHBG therefore increasing the ratio of free to total compared to a natty.

Looks like your test is underdosed.

The question is > what are you've been using before/did you switch compounds/brand etc. Looks like this one is garbage.

With 300mg TestC a week you should be out of range, even if you are a bad responder to test.... Free test isn't important at all, just Total test matters, and it's clear that the source you are using is making underdosed Test...

Very very low chance you are that poor of a responder to where 300mg of cyp weekly wouldn't have you out of range. I've actually seen it happen BUT 1/1000 or worse would be my guess.

Free test does matter for physiology and may be more important than serum as this is what your body is in fact accessing at point in time BUT if we are just evaluating your source here and legit dosage...focus on serum as free/serum varies widely by individual.

Yeah, definitely possible.

My prescibed TRT dose is 40mg/day (280/wk) which usually has me in the 800's (and this is while using Empower test), though my last bloodwork a couple months ago had me above range. Ah, the joys of having single digit SHBG and hypermetabolizing.

Just sometimes they get shit raws test it and still go on to sell it

test is sooo cheap there is no excuse

They produce vial at 3$ and sell for 30 $

No mistakes either, you buy raw , you test , you produce

They know when batch underdosed and still sell it
