Remember it's a 4ml injection. So that's only 250mg/ml. The benefit here is a slow release and fewer injections. The problem I see is the undecanoate ester is huge. So even though it's 250mg/ml, you'd probably only see 150mg of that.
I agree with it's purposes for HRT. Even then, I'd want much more than what their claiming is a normal dose (1000mg, once every 10-14 weeks).
Simple math.
1000mg/3 months=
333mg/month=
83mg/wk (minus the ester you're getting 50mg/wk)
To get 500mg/wk, you'd have to take 10x the recommended dosage. To get an HRT level, you'd have to take 4x the recommended dose (200mg/wk according to my math).
...and I'm guessing there is no generic and it's not cheap
