Just wanted to say that since I have joined this board I have learned so much more compared to the years I spent over on BB.com and WBB.com. I don't post much but just by reading hours a day I feel like I have gotten to know a bunch of your personalities and I love the community. Since joining I have hired Phil and hope to make my BBing Debut this fall.

It was the wealth of information on these boards as well as Phil's help (The past 11-12 days or so) that have helped me get back into shape.

Before Oct 1st 225lbs ~20-24%bf 39.7" Waist
After Feb 3rd 210lbs ~14%BF 35.4" Waist

What an incredible transformation!! I can imagine how this has affected you in your personal life..boosting your confidence and what not.. Have you considered doing the INBF Monster Mash in Nov (Mass) Usually is a good turn out for that show..

Actually I haven't. I picked the 2 shows I did because I am from NY and they are 2 weeks apart.

The date is still up in the air for that show, it does look like a fun show, judging from last years pics.
