Hi gentlemen, welp blood markers came back wild again which is typical for me as I've always had low iron and/or anemia but this time worse than usual....also a couple other things came back funky. I have a two month wait for a Hematologist, but they were kind enough to let me know if anyone cancels before then.....outstanding.

Would sincerely appreciate if you guys had any tips on this.

Relevant info:

Quit smoking cigs I'm now a vape homo
I was fasted

500mg Test Cyp a week
Orals as a preoworkout, not consistent with it normally anavar
4iu GH Daily
Dutasteride
Berberine
Coq10
Krill
Evening Primrose
Multivitamin
Iron Ferrous sulfate(been reading some of @nothuman remarks and going to switch to bisglycinate)

Some other supps here and there but nothing really consistent like with these daily.

Sincerely appreciate it fellas

This is more of a personal thing but I’d recommend switching from vapes to zyns. The big difference being the ingredients consist of 99% nicotine salts/ 1% artificial flavoring. Who knows what are actually in vapes that could be affecting bloodwork

Have you ran a full iron panel and ferritin to determine if you actually need iron? But I agree with @nothuman as the only form I would supplement with (if needed) is Iron Bisglycinate.

Based on these markers and the high neutrophils I would be more looking at infection. When was the last time you were sick?

At a glance --RBC/MCV >WBC appears to possibly be beta thalassemia trait/ or major with microcytic anemia.

Your hemo will be your best option at determining this.

I have not, figured I would wait for the hematologist.

I had hernia surgery two months prior to the bloods, could that have been it or was that too far out? Beyond that I've had some stomach issues which I believe to be bile gastritis, the wait for a gastro was also two months but luckily that's coming up in a couple weeks. It has been flaring up the last few months on and off, not sure if that could have been the culprit.

It’s possible. But I agree with @Stewie in letting your hematologist dig into it a bit deeper as I am sure he will run additional labs and testing and be able to take your full history into account.

Out of curiosity @FrancisK what is your ethnicity? If you don't mind sharing.

My parents came from the middle east, I've been told by a previous doctor (really wish he hadn't quit medicine) that anemia is really prevalent in my genetic makeup....

Thalassemia is rather common for some Middle Eastern descendants. I'd only like to believe, if the etiology is thalassemia, this would have been picked up years ago. Weirder things have happened or not looked upon.
