Hello everyone

I’ve read every one of the 87 thousand posts done on training on online forums
Over the last 10 years going into great depth on all things training

I’ve watched hundreds of hours of scientific deep dives on every training method possible

But I’m different to every other human ever born so I need a different programme

I won’t stick to it for longer than a week before I look for another programme

What programme should I do?


Yes… this is what you guys who constantly post these threads look like
 
Tbf these wannabe IG coaches are half the problem putting out stupid complex content to confuse people into hiring them
Agreed! There's a couple I follow purely for entertainment purposes. I also love how virtually every single one of them coaches "several IFBB Pro's" but can't say which ones for confidentiality reasons. Funny how there are more trainers training IFBB Pro's than there are IFBB pro's. LOL
 
Maybe it's time for you to leave the forum again cold turkey

With all due respect were you yourself not one of these people less than 2 years ago?

Pretty sure you kept going back between justin harris and luki and kept questioning everything anyone had you doing. Unless I'm completely mistaken which is possible.

This post isn't an attack but look back at your previous self. If it wasn't for new members posting the same questions that have been answered here a million times the forum would likely be quite stagnant.

It wasn’t that these questions should never be asked it’s a read the room. Recently there’s been multiple threads new and bumped all about the exact same thing many many posts deep and then someone starts a new thread in the exact same thing

You’re right though without the “how do I do a train” and “mast vs primo” threads all forums would be totally dead

Whenever I hear pros or names in the industry talk about the good old days of the forums it’s just that “old” I guess they’re very nearly an obsolete thing with socials and coaches. I would assume there’s a reason no one of note really posts on forums anymore

Well I guess we should just all stop posting then... Have you seen the people who post here? And make no mistake that most top individuals in this sport read this forum.

I actually don’t mind the two most recent training threads as they are different people and not top level bodybuilders. What myself or Luki does for example doesn’t apply to them. Topics may stay the same, but perspectives change.

If it’s a troll looking for an attention, that’s a different story. That’s not the case though recently. And TBH I’m just glad to see guys posting and engaging more as it got a bit slow here after Dan passed.

If you add “what are the best labs around at the mo”, to that list you’ve basically covered every thread posted on ukmuscle over the past six years.
Uk forums are an absolute disgrace aren’t they!

Hey guys I eat kinda clean a coke every now and then like to enjoy a meal out with the family ya know. Workout a few times a week and only cheat a few times a week I just wake up and crave a half jar of peanut butter. So what glp do I need since nothing else seems to work? I hear besides causing massive weight loss they are good for insulin sensitivity, blood pressure, libido, getting bitchess raw dogg and they cure cancer...what dose for me.

I didn’t want to say it, but we all remember the “do I take mast or primo?!” on his old account probably less than a full year ago
 
Wtf is this, direct me how to train? Dude there is no one set answer u need to figure that out yourself or get a coach to tell u. Can you think for yourself?
