The Battle for the Open Middle...

The wife crashed on me in the room...I cant sleep due to food intake

I didn't mess posting pics of the novice because I won that middle weight division and felt great...well do not have all the pics (bodybuilding.com will post them..Mark Mason was covering the show) - Overall was close a call still. I will work on pics later.

But, here is the Open Middle Weight I lost too, battle it till the end. Since I lost, I feel these are the pics that will make me better, had fun, but time to get to work again! Right Alex and b-boy...nothing but to do it, to it. Buselmo, the food was amazing...I will post more later...here are some quick pics of the both of us. Oh, and one of Mel Chancey who is a bad ass dude and cool as hell, also has a bad ass clothing line! I promise a better more in depth pic of all it because the Promuscle crew only deserve the best! Sleepy time for me now! Thanks again to everybody for the support! Time to spend some value time with the wife for awhile, but still training my ass off because I it is what I do!

Thanks Alex, you all matter...we all motivate each other at Promuscle...it is about more than just bodybuilding, but making ourselves better! Having Goals!

Congrats! You looked great, it's hard to tell from the pics, but I really think that you were a bit dryer than the guy who place ahead of you. Anyway good job on peaking just right, can't wait to see a few more pics.

Great job lenny, never got the chance to say hi but I think we sat right behind your gf at the prejudging. You looked awesome man, that battle for the open was fun to watch.... close. Thx for sharing the experiance with all of us.

Wow excellent job!

I think you got robbed. His rear double bi did look good, but you had him at every other shot with better conditioning and nicer lines to boot.

Thanks Alex...always trying to do my best in whatever I set to do...I need to represent for us shorties

The competition was pretty good overall...9-12 guys in the middle weights, it was fun!

Thanks Big Man...Mel is cool as hell and easy to talk too. My gameplan is to eat to grow and train my ass off started back up tomorrow. I do want to get better and get out there in the junior national level...need to first evaluate and hang with the wife. Any feedback is welcome though

Thanks, yeah I only have so many pics so far and tried to get some quick pics up last night of me and the other guy by each other. Will get more pics to come!

Thank bro...I know I did not to get to day hello and feel bad, so much going on. Yes, my wife was in the crowd snapping some pics and trying to cheer at the same time, do not know if it was her you were by, but she was awesome!

It was a battle...I felt really good in the Novice and pretty darn good in the Open..it was a close call! Pretty much everybody crossover, except for the 2 guys I think you just did the Open only!

Plazmosis...I followed exactly what Magnum told me to do...30 minutes before hitting stage and holy shit it feels great, way better than those damn rice cakes and jelly/PB...hit me hard and no water retention from it. Very weird stuff how it works...so effective without water retention. My pumps were exhausting! I had another Plazmosis for the night show too..same effect - it is magic with a freaky pump! Whatever it is, sets is apart! I do not lie, if it didnt do much I would say so, but it felt great. Also, I did shove a ton of carbs down my throat starting Friday at 6pm till show time, but the pump didnt happen till Plazmosis finally kicked in after a couple of light sets of DB curls, push-ups, and raises...only could do a few because of the pump!

What can I say, but a huge thank you my friend! It was a close call and I happy at least I beat all 10 middles in the Novice and a very close chance for the overall in the Novice. Same with the Open, taking a 2nd where it could have flip either way, but I am happy with it since it has been awhile since being onstage. Thanks again Greg!

Thanks bro, either way it was close and winning the Novice was great and a close call in the Open with at least 10 good competitors was fun!

Thanks. Hard work and honest work always pay off. This was the first real prep I would say I had, the other ones were distracted, but either way this one it felt more right than all the other preps...we learn each and everyday a new thing about are body!
