Hello everyone...I am 5 wks out from the NPFC Australian's, this is a big contest here especially since Ronnie is guest posing. I am about 230 lbs and I reckon I need to come down to 220 at 5'10. I know that 220 is light for most of you but I think I have a very small frame, my wrists are 6 3/4 inches around....yep smaller than many women hahah...and dont ask me how I even support dumbells when I have to curl or bench.
I am also desperately trying to improve my legs and glutes..they like to hold fat. I have been getting tips from one board member so if you have more ideas they are welcome.
I will keep you all updated weekly with pics. Thank you for your help and comments.
