it does sound really interesting. id like to invest in it, but not if its an e-book. i dont wanna screw with printing out 475 pages while going through a couple of ink cartridges, and then have to put it all in a binder. is it an actual bound book that is shipped to you?

Yeah it had lots of good stuff in there because it goes into such great detail. Diet and supplementation are down to the gram on everything and workouts are given in total sets/reps/days/exercises. If all the info is indeed accurate it's probably the most complete training/diet manual I've ever seen. I also like to compare how all the pros do everything in completely different ways

This is definintley a good book to read, I also like to read how different everybody's prep is and have used some of their meals for my prep. It is a good investment imo....
