Take advantage of this and test your levels and take the guess work out of the equation. This is a special that wont last forever and I have no affiliation/nothing to gain from this. I am trying to get my levels to 70-80ng.

What are you taking daily to achieve that?

Not sure yet. Ive been taking 10,000iu a day for about 5 months now. Im going to get my test soon.

Some of us might need 2,000....and others might need 12-15,000iu. This is why its important to get tested. Skin color, age, and location play large factors in how much Vitamin D you synthesize.
