Intravenous bisphosphonates and vitamin D in the treatment of bone marrow oedema

My top set on a pendulum squat a year and a half ago I missed the catch by a cunt hair. I was pretty close to failure and I decided to kind of jump to make it latch. My low back popped acouple times. I thought it would get better my chiropractor wanted to do an mri. It came back herniation and bone marrow oedema L4/L5 L5/s1. If you ever get stuck in that predicament on one of those machines,I wouldn’t recommend doing what I did
