thats a lot of muscle bro. I personally like your type of build better than super super lean. I'd say cut up just a little more. Maybe get down to around %12ish and try and keep all that muscle and you will look freaky.
 
You are carrying loads of muscle bro. How much do you lose getting CV fitness to go the distance in your fights? Or maybe you don't need to be that fit due to obliterating the opponent in the first round. ;):DQuick and painful!!
 
retarded amount of muscle right there... in a good way :D

even though you are pretty high in fat (competitive bodybuilding prespective... regular person perspective, you're lean :)), you still have great shape and symmetry. if you lost the fat, i believe you'd look amazing with those proportions!

thanks for the compliments and advice guys.

as for my cardio yeah i drop down. in these pics i am anywhere from 245 down to 220. generally to keep the gastank up i have to be down 200-210. even with that i am pushing my luck a bit. but i have done 60 minutes straight up with 4 minute rounds and 30 seconds between at that weight and kept much of my power throughout.

right now im training and weighing about 225lbs. i want to fight a local smoker event in either late august or early september. if all goes well i should be easily prepared.

i do alot of very intense cardio when i train now. as an example lets say im benching heavy. ill do 6-8 reps benching, hope up and go to heavy db curls, 6-8 reps, then over to speed jump rope for 30 seconds. then back to the bench again to start over. i break after the 2nd go round for 45 seconds.

then straight cardio is rowing machine, 4 min. as fast as possible, upright bike- 6 sets of 30 sec. heavy work (125rpm at level 8), 45 seconds resting (85rpm at level 4) work. then sprints on the treadmill.
plus obviously my direct training at fight camp.

You look much better bigger than at 215. Do you go off gear when you diet. B/c at 215 you appear only slightly leaner but with much less muscle. I wonder if you do this on purpose for the fight. If you change your routine up and keep the muscle you have at 240 and diet down you'll look just straight nasty awesome.
 
yeah i go totally clean out off gear at least 3 months away from fight time. unfortunately the last 2 fights i prepared for i blew something out early in the training. the first time i ruptured my left bicep straight off the bone.
the second time i blew out my right knee and had to get surgery.

this time i am working my ass off and i think im going to stay light on my load right through fight time. im doing a muay thai fight so i want to maintain my overall muscularity to deal with those leg kicks. not too mention when i throw a leg kick boy i will rip someone in half!!

previously i wanted to always make sure i had the "normal" look rather than the "juiced" look. i didnt want anyone accusing me or anything of cheating.

all things being equal i have to admit i LOVE being big. i literally love it. but i FEEL better lighter and tighter. i sleep better, i feel more comfortable, i seem to be happier outwardly to people. i dont know.

then again i do tend to enjoy getting hit in the head alot so i could just be crazy....

thats rough man. All your compeitors are on. Do what they do. Prop/winny,etc... then cut it out 2-3weeks before fight, add suspension and cut that out 48hrs before a possible testing.
