Hey Guys,
I am on a cutting diet of about 2250 calories w 300 grams of protein around150 grams of cars. For my workout routine I currently do:
Day 1 Legs/Shoulders/cardio
Day2 Back Bis/ abs/cardio
Day 3 Chest Tris
Day 4 Cardio/stretching.
Repeat
I have been thinking about going right in to the 3 day split after the 4th day to do a 5x5 workout once a week then another day off and start the 3 day split... kind of combining a split with a 5x5... What do you guys think.
Or should I do a DC Routine? Seems like a lot of people on here like the result from that.
