Hey guys- I wanted to ask a question maybe you can help me out with- I was going to do the north east open- but never did, but I did go and was glad I did not compete- got to know when to hold em and when to fold em- stopped my diet 3 -4 weeks ago and started eating hard to gain again- got an offseason for a while and want to gain size, so I have been asking a lot of questions to you guys about the offseason- but i am posting my pics to see if I am getting to big too soon or is it just bloat- I seem to never stop eating- clean food first then junk food , my appetite is nuts- should I clean it up and chill or should I keep going and eat hard cuz I need to gain- I am 20 and I am taking a good couple of years off to finish up school and gain some quality mass before I compete in an open-these are two shots- one at 190 and the other at 215(today)...please advise and I did eat right before the shot today-
