bh neck press 1 set : 224pound warmup 20reps , 2nd 313pound 10 reps ,3rd 403pound 7 reps
all our weights in kg over here so trying convert over pound is strange so in kg 100kg, 140kg, 180kg
cable side laterals b/h back : 80 pound 15 reps, 120 pound 9 reps strict form no cheating.
I do traps with shoulders so do shrugs as well we do on hammer machine though:
2 sets : 1 set 15 reps 280kg , 2nd 360kg 12 reps
