Some decent size mate. I remember a few years back you did some casual training at jenkins and looked thick back then, what a change since then. And the look on maori boys face in the back ground ,looks like hes going to shit a brick.

At my strongest I could do 275 for 7 and I thought that was pretty good. My training prtner hit 35 for 4 or 5 but 405 come on man that is stupid strong.

That is not too bad on the behind the neck press. Magnus ver Magnusson maxes out at 440 on behind the neck presses. At 405 for 7, that would put you at a higher max than him.
You should challenge him.
