Ok guys - I am pretty new here but I have been at olm for years. I am happy to be over here to learn from the big boys and try to take myself to the next level.
The following pics are 16 weeks apart - I was on track to gain much more muscle but I lost 10 pounds when I got swine flue and never got it back.
Some background.
Leading up to these photos I had come off cycle after making a LOT of mistakes when I was younger. I use to stay on for years at a time, usually HRT doses and sometimes more and never got really great gains. I simply did not know enough. I generally carried only 210 at pretty low BF% but I really messed my HPTA up and did a test of coming off for 4-5 months and went from 215 down to 190 and was still shrinking. I decided to do my spring cycle and from here out to do HRT.
I started this year at 230 and am cutting down the same. I plan on working with phil or another trainer on here to try to stay leaner and hope to bulk to 250 and maybe have a prayer at competing even if at a very low level.
