What up everyone going to use this thread to log my transformations and recomp progress. Heig

Went from 210lbs - 180lbs currently. 2/3 more weeks of a final aggressive stage of my cut of cutting then maintenance into reverse diet.

9/23/21 - New low 178, getting tighter. cardio increased to 5x a week 50 minutes

Been maintaining 178-180 despite adding more cardio and slightly dropping more carbs on off days 3 weeks in on a short tren a and test cyp cycle. Feeling great

August 1st - October 8th from first week starting with a coach and first week ever of posing to now . Lighting could be better but.. Approaching the last week of the cut then reversing to growing phase.

10/9/21 new low 176.2lbs 7 more days left of cut

Today was the final day of my cut. Weighed in at new low 175.1 Happy with results went from 210-175.1 built a decent base for a lean bulk this time. Plan on reverse dieting back into a surplus for next 7 months. Staying on low trt dose for 5 months then adding npp and anadrol for 4 weeks then switching to prop, tren a, anavar to finish it off

reverse diet went well, into a pretty good surplus now. Cardio 5 times a week LISS 25 min, staying tight. Second week of anadrol 50mg ED, deca 200mg /week, test cyp 350 mg/ week

Good transformation, just read this entire log for the first time just now, you did an excellent job.

Next time diet down even leaner and you will do even better the next go round.
