tren issue...

I began my tren conversion process last night. This is the 3rd time I've done this. Anyway, I put the pellets in the #1 bottle (ba) and put it in a pot with water with the burner set on low. It took about 20 minutes until the pellets dissolved into their beautiful browness. Then I added the oil to bottle #1. I turned it upside down to mix everything and then left it to settle. I checked on it before bed and it was starting to seperate and settle. But when I woke up this morning it was in the same state. The first time I did this I got the golden, clear color on top with the sediment on the bottom. I have sediment, but the top color is still very murky. Is it ok if I filter the murky tren, will I have clean tren, or should I run it all through a coffee filter before putting it through the whatman?

Man I dont know what the problem is with you guys converting. First you do not have to heat up anything. Take your pellets and put them in an envelope. Take a can of soup or what ever and roll the envelope until pellets are a FINE powder. Then continue process. No heat. Use a coffee filter and a Whitman and good to go

heating it up speeds the dissolution of the pellets.

Dunno, but I can postulate a couple of theories:

1) Are you using a kit with a particularly viscous oil? If it is very thick, then the smaller particles will take longer to settle out, so just give it another day or two.

2) Did you over heat the pellets and cause them to oxidize excessively, thus coloring the oil a brownish shade? In generally, heating the pellets does generate a brownish mix (sometimes even reddish-brown), this is due to oxidation of the pellets (that's why they are often shipped cold). Personally, I never heat. I just crush, mix and let stand - for a week in the fridge to keep it from oxidizing (more for color/consistency than chemistry).

I've seen it take a couple days to settle out completely, especially if the oil is thick.

well I'll see what it looks like when I get home. The first time I ever did this I wasn't as aggressive with heating the ba and pellets, and didn't have a problem. But the last two times I heated them to get them to dissolve, mostly because I was in a hurry this time. Last time I let it sit for over a week and it never settled competely. So I ran it all through a coffee filter, then through the whatman and it was golden. For now on I'll just crush them and let them dissolve on their own.

Animal said to heat pellets and solution in water that was previously boiled, which is MUCH cooler than low setting on a stove.

It's my understanding that if you heat up tren before it gets into oil with too much temperature it's easy to oxidize. Having it turn brown rather than a golden color is an indicator that it's oxidized (as I remember).

I should have read animal's directions again, read them years ago. Well this happened last time and the tren worked great, so I should be ok. By the way, the water never reached a boiling point.

I never heat and never have a problem. I make sure my pellets are powdered (crushed) no little bits and peices. Have converted over 50 times this way. By not heating am I causing any unsean problems?

What tests have you done? Like to hear it, because everything I have ever done/read/seen shows that once the hormone has been put in solution, all that is left is methylcellulose/binder. I've let the "junk" dry out and looked for crystals, I've even washed it with methanol and dried it out to see if there was any tren in it, so far I've never seen shit. What experiments have you done Weight77?

I agree with DrG - whatever tren is left in the gunk is minimal at best.

I let the fial solution sit at least overnight. The I only draw from the top layer, leaving the bottom two layers. What sort of benefit is there from capturing some methylcellulose. Not that it'll hurt you but what good is it?!?!

drgoodbody, I have always got better results when filtering right after the process, rather than letting it sit and taking the so called methylcellulose/binder. Like to see that study, and I am not talking about something some guy on some board said.

The taste is also much stronger when flitering directly after the process.

You seem to have a problem with the fact that I have found it to yeld better results, care to explain why.

Also there are so many ways to screw up a solution it is not even funny. What if someone was not adding enough Benzynol Alcohol to the soltuion then it would be very hard to tell what it what. It is very hard when using a kit, but I don't buy kits. If I bought a kit for every conversion I would be out $500 a month, I have bought all my ba and other materials in bulk so I have to do all the measuring myself.

Alright W77 - clear that you have no analysis to present, now relax, I just wanted to hear what you had done. I could give 2 shits about the extra yield you think you're getting with your immediate filtering process. What I am concerned about for my own well being is injecting myself with methylcellulose and whatever other shit is in the sludge left from the pellets. Do whatever you want bro - its your body.

As for conversion kits, BFD - anyone can buy the materials (BA, BB, vials, filters, etc) online in bulk and play kitchen chemist (and there are a number of calculators online to do the math for the mathematically challenged juicer). But I do agree it is more cost effective if you play with powders etc. on a regular basis.
