What’s up fellas, little late night post here as I can’t sleep …. I’m currently running 200 test and 400 primo per week and I’ve just added in anavar at 50mg/per day and tren e at 50mg/week and I’ve been having big issues falling asleep and I do not know what has caused it as I have only added in tren e as of 5-6 days ago, any help would be appreciated!

Your androgen levels are high, it's normal in my experience on any anabolics, even high test. And now that you threw in tren, even at 50mg a week would have an effect on me. It messes with my dopamine/reward system, and every other neuro hormone lol. I stay away from that stuff now. But never looked better than on tren.



Only thing that worked for me naturally was avoiding any stimulants and putting in intense workouts and doing my best to stick to the same sleep regimen. Also carbs after 8pm were a no go for me as I would literally drench the bed in sweat.

I struggle with sleep even on test prop. Only thing I noticed that helps some is pinning in the morning instead of at night. This also helped when I was running tren ace back in the day.

i would bet it is not the tren at 50mg weekly but the 50mg daily anavar that is causing that.
For me, anavar always makes my sleep go to crap, even at 15-20mg daily

The double whammy is your other two compounds are in the class of DHT's which means your estradiol levels could be on the low side, especially with your elevated androgen levels. Your hormonal balance could be way off causing sleep issues.
