Yes. Test cyp .4ML (80mg) once a week. And .5mg Anastrazole once a week.
Had to reduce from 100mg test/wk because I went above range too much.

Yes, but I haven't yet found the sweet spot in 2+ years on TRT. On 120mg/week of Test, my E2 can go as high as 50 (with no Adex) or as low as 14 (on 1mg/week split into two doses). I don't feel fantastic at 14 and really don't feel great at 50, so I chase the right spot by my morning wood. When that is rock hard and dialed in, I know my E2 is in the right zone. It's a slow roller coaster for me. Currently I think I went too low and need to creep it back up somewhat, so it's a slow process to avoid a hardcore rebound.

As said above do Sub Q inj daily and E2 will be in check. Plus you'll feel a lot better than a spike once a week. I run all compounds this way now and will never pin IM again.

I agree on the short HL, and many would. But the properties of exemestane make it ideal for HRT (easier on lipids etc). If you need a little something, do you guys think 12.5 EOD is too sporadic and will cause the lot of blood level fluctuations if you're just needing a little bit of aromatase inhibition?

I think these guys taking .5 to 1mg adex ED is too much (of course it's all relative to serum results).

Slin needles will work, but inject slow, they shoot a cutting stream.

On Cyp 200 mg/week prescribed. exemestane 12.5 EOD keeps my E at around 30.

150mg test E, 5mg aromasin ED, that dose changes depending on hormones I run though. Just adding in anabolics like anavar and primo mess up the test estro balance and throw it off and have to adjust

That was found not to be true - it is out of date info.

Dr C himself now uses 29g insulin pins - he has mentioned it on his forum.

I'm on:
100mg test cyp
250iu's hcg 3 times weekly
.25mg arimidex twice weekly

The hcg is a pain in the ass, its making it difficult to balance estrogen, i'm thinking of dropping it this week. I do know that Crisler has had his guys on gels do 100iu's daily that may be an option actually.
