My girlfriend has been going to the gym with me now for about 7 months on and off, meaning like 1 day here a week, 2 days here and so on. We had a baby a year and a half ago so it is tought for her to make it with work, bening tired and spending time with our son.
Before the baby she weighed around 125 at 5'2 the classic latina body hips, nice ass, and so on.
After the baby she got up to around 148 since she has been lifting weights and doinf cardio she has gotten down to 138. She wants to get to 120-125 firm. Problem is that she doesn't eat atlot maybe 2 or 3 meals a day TOPS. And she is a vegaretion (spelling). So I am thinking her body it thinking it is starving itself so it won't allow her to drop and more pounds, in addition I know she has put on some muscle since I try to train her semi heavy on the weights. She squats every monday (she loves squats) does leg presses, stiff legs and so on.
Her changing her eating habits or the amount of times she eats won't happen.
So I am looking for a short cut to get her to where she wants to be. Which is very flat abs, toned legs (which is the easiest for her to develop) and toned arms and back(which is the hardest after abs). As far as her abs go she is carrying some fat in the front (a pouch) and her wasit is pretty big I think last I checked like a 32 or 33. She wants to get it in the 20's like 28 inches.
What I am looking for is a short cut to get her to drop these pounds and tone up/get hard.
her only medical condition is she has a heart murmur and heart surgury at a very young age.
I have gotten her all types of supplement fat buners which have done NOTHING.
I was thinking maybe T3, but no injectables. What could I get her on to drop this weight taking all the above factors into condersation?
