TUDCA benefits?

As far as NAC goes, I have cut most of it out since you have to take about an equal ratio of Vitamin C with it and my hematocrit would suffer. The only NAC I have consumed in the past year has been my use of my favorite pre-workout ever, PreJym. It has 600mg in it and I use it for the majority of the year.

I used to take an additional 1800mg/day.

So did ur hematocrit suffer from the NAC usage or extra vit c? Sorry i was confused on that

I know this might be the bro science thing but if I dont train 3 days before the test and stay on light doses of Liv and the product from Syhnthtex I forget the name. But there is something to gettin your body a break before testing .

I can't find the thread, but I think I briefly remember stewie mentioning that Vit C shouldn't raise Hct values that much. Stewie, please correct this if i'm off...my apologies if so.

TN also has NAC.

Vitamin C does not increase iron directly, but it can increase it's absorption when you take it together. They say this is thanks to the acidity if i recall correctly.

You can find it on ebay as an OTC supplement or even pharma grade at some online pharmacies as UDCA or ursodiol.
