Deep tissue massage... are you talking about with the Graston Technique ?

have tons of this shit in my delts and ass bro.. try using a tennis ball between yourself and the floor or wall and roll yourself on it.

obviously mine is easier since its the glute and delts, chest may be a little awkward, but if you keep at it is will start to break up... hurts like hell though and is sore for days, just keep at it though.

Deep tissue does help. You should also look in to the Myofacial Release methods of John Barnes, that shit is phenominal!!

i have used the tennis ball before,if using for your chest,try using it standing with the ball between your chest and a wall.
