Since you had it check out, I'd start doing some cardio. Being bigger puts more oxygen demands on the body.
Bro you just answered your own question:Yes, and full blood panels. Everything good except for hdl/ldl balance.
Slightly high hemoglobin and hematocrit.
I eat like shit. And don't do cardio. Basically always running a permanent dirty bulk with a 6 week cruise 2-3 times a year.
I had this pretty badly last year and had to go to a lung specialist to get it diagnosed and treated. I'd make a call asap and get all the required labs done.Have had this issue for over 8 years. Been to the ER twice over it with no diagnosis.
It just feels like I can never get a deep satisfying breath of air.
Obviously I'm on gear. Cholesterol is way out of range but BP is great 121/70.
Currently on a very modest blast. 500 test, 500 npp, 200mg Masteron E
What was your diagnosis if you don’t mind. I breath fine but I had Covid Sept 1-12 and do still hack up this shit every AM and at bed, maybe CPap hurts too but pre Covid I had never spit up loughies ever now it’s 12 times a day no better it can get worse on day leg day, I assume it’s long covid but I dunno, no fever, no pain, just back this shit up am and pmI had this pretty badly last year and had to go to a lung specialist to get it diagnosed and treated. Edit: And of course like already mentioned, I'd do a lot of Cardio. Slowly ramp it up. First just get in 8-10k steps every day. Then do 3 dedicated Cardio sessions per week (Imho LISS is best for this), like 3 x 30 mins, slowly ramp it up. Training the lungs and heart helps so much with breathing issues. Not a quick fix, but it works.
Air hunger related to disordered breathing patterns, hyperventilation with hypercapnia. It’s a shitty disorder I’ve battled since I was young.
Comes and goes. Completely related to stress. I had a bad exacerbation after wearing a compression shirt that took 8 months to recover.
Find out what’s causing your disordered breathing. Are you overweight? Do you hold in your stomach subconsciously like myself because you don’t want it to be seen protruding out even though you have a 6 pack. Are you bloated or eating to much and your stomach is pressing on your lungs?
Likely, something is causing your breathing to be irregular. You have to go through a long self physical therapy process to retrain your body to breath properly. Anti anxiety meds, can be of great use to help in this process. It’s not a quick fix, will take time and honestly I never fully recover until I forget about it.
How I describe it, I can take the biggest breath in, but the breath doesn’t satisfy me. I have to force myself to yawn to be satisfied.
If that’s you, google what I said. It sucks. It makes your nervous and awkward in conversations, heart rate goes up, etc
Anxiety meds, after trying everything otc. Taking up new hobbies so I don’t have time to sit around and struggle breathing, and breathing exercises to retrain myself.100% this
what helped you? I get this when im overly stimulated / anxious
I’d have a doctor send that off to a lab. That sucks brotherWhat was your diagnosis if you don’t mind. It’s actually called “air hunger” is it a brain disorder since breathing is an auto function or is it actually a lung problem? This, i have the same thing since i was a kid and im 48 now.
It got better as i got older. but it does suck
dr sebi (just saying) swore excess mucus was a precursor to autoimmune diseasesI’m going to try some of this. The amount of mucus my body makes is crazy.
So you still have congestive heart failure or was the water the cause and that’s that you’re good to go in perpetuity? Sleep Apnea?I'm over 60 and I started waking up feeling like I was drowning. I was a competition PL for 22 years. Now I just train for health. Anyway, same thing just started being short of breath all the time. I have bad heart disease in my family, so I figured the end is near. Went to half a dozen doctors. Everyone kept saying my vitals were very good for a man my age. Finally went to the chief of cardiology at local hospital. He took one look at me listened to my heart and lungs and said, "You have congestive heart failure." Does not mean you're having a heart attack. This means you are storing fluids in your chest cavity. It's pushing on your heart and lungs. Threw me in a bed and gave me IV diuretics for 48 hours. I lost 12lbs overnight. Completely cleared up my breathing, lowered my BP. Basically cured! This was almost a year ago. Not one problem since. I had the same problem never felt like I could get deep breath.
Not a doctor but I have a feeling a couple of Lasix a day would do wonders.
When most say full blood panel it’s just a CMP, CBC and Lipid profile at best.Yes, and full blood panels. Everything good except for hdl/ldl balance.

So you’ve had 2 heart surgeries? Was the valve a genetic thing like Arnold or was there a cause?Anxiety???? Or excess fluid in chest/chf/heart valve. Do you notice it more when you take eq by chance?? I have had this twice, once I needed a new mitral valve. The other was shortly after heart surgery and I had.excess fluid around my heart had to have a pericardial window... Which is basically a tube inserted in your chest that drains fluid for a couple days? They said they could not just take it off with diuretics. If your 100 percent sure your heart is fine I would talk to your Dr about anxiety. If not 100 percent sure I would get 100 percent immediately. I just go to a cardiologists every six months now and Lift juice everything. Just adding that so if it is your heart you won't be so worried about life after something like this
My valve was genetic always had it since I was young so it was just a matter of when. I would always just go to cardiologist every year and then just blew that off for ten years and totally forgot about it. One day would get swollen and it would go away and night when I laid down. Then it started to not go away at night and my breathing was labored so I went to the dr and they sent me to the ER. The ER said you have chf, had to have dual caths, they were able to see it was the valve and it was pretty much gone so for a month, i was on no more than 1500mgs sodium a day and 5mg (Thiazide maybe) diuretics and I looked normal by the time I had surgery which was a month later from the initial hospital visit. The surgeon said I had a couple holes in my heart and that the valve was pretty much gone. Got a new Mitral valve and opted for a artificial one due to you never needed one again as the pig and cow valves they have can wear out in 5-10 years, so they typically give those to older people whose life expectancy is not that long though it was ultimately my decision. People can hear the valve tick, I cannot but I always get whats that ticking around new folks. So you’ve had 2 heart surgeries? Was the valve a genetic thing like Arnold or was there a cause?
WOW! Did you feel a lot better after your surgery recovery? Glad you’re doin good, valves, stints, and holes in the heart all while lifting for years, decades-impressive and now you have a bionic valve that’ll out last us all. CheersMy valve was genetic always had it since I was young so it was just a matter of when. About a month after surgery i was having trouble breathing again went to the Dr, they did a ultrasound and said I had a lot fluid around my heart. They sent to the er and I had the paracardial window the next day. had more troubles with low BP and arrythmia after that and was in and out of the hospital for about 6 months. Anyway to answer your question I had three surgeries as they count the dual caths as a surgery, I don't know if its considered a heart surgery??
What’s the underlying cause for excessive mucus? Have been dealing with this for a few years.dr sebi (just saying) swore excess mucus was a precursor to autoimmune diseases
