so I'm at 240lbs now from my june 6th show...gotta put on another 20lbs then I'll start solidifying the weight gain and hopefully be around 220 to 225lbs for my next show in november...
doing a lot of t-bar rows and partial deadlift to thicken up back...also doing a lot more chest exercises to get my chest to match my arms and shoulders...calves are being done 3 times a week...
