Finally took some pics. Dieting has been good to me this time around. Sitting pretty at 210-215 lbs on any given day. Trying to get down to 198 by mid-March. Sorry about the bad lighting. This pic was taken this morning after leg training. Hence the lack of quad definition.

I can attest to the fact Pdogg is getting JACKED and hes not depending on the drugs that most would need to try and get this look......
Its all in his diet and training which is taking some serious dedication on his part.. Hes on a very stringent diet-training program ..Not sure how hes been able to stick with it too be honest with you..???

Pdogg is most certainly without a doubt National Level Material...
Not to take anything away from Pdogg cause he definetly looks great , but ive seemed to clearly notice that your abs and upper seem to be in and the legs have no visible lines? definetly without a doubt solid legs just looks as if there gonna be a problem dialing them in without losing size up top.

the pic was taken right after quad training, hence the lack of quad definition. Now I will admit that I used to have a problem getting my hamstrings to come in but I haven't competed in almost 4 years. Maybe things have changed since then. I guess I'll know as the diet/training progresses.
P give us an up close shot of the guads so we can see the defintion better in your legs..The pic above is blurry and like you said just got through training them.

Legs look to be getting ripped too me...You have great overall poportions. The clasic small waist like VANDER. Thats why I think you are National material..

LOL well i myself have nothing bad to say. Legs are already seperated and are gonna look absolutly sick on stage. The rest of you looks pretty damn good as well, keep it up lookin great. Only gonna get better. What show are you doing?
