Hey Guys, I want some advice, I am 29, roughly 15% bF @ 235pounds. I am trying to cut weight and also do a a little rehab on the joints. So I am eating roughly 300 grams of protein around 100-150 grams of carbs a day trying to eat a total calories of 2250.
I am going to be running a cycle of:
HGH
Week 1-4 2 iu ED
Week 4-6 2.5 IU ED
Week 7-8 2.5 IU ED
Week 9-12 3 IU ED split into 1.5 am and 1.5 Afternoon
Week 13-24 4 IU ED 2 in the am 2 in the afternoon.
I also have some clen and t3 that I was thinking about running the first few6 weeks and maybe again towards the end of the cycle. How would you cycle? What dose? I have been told 2 days on 2 days off and two weeks on week off for clen, which one do you think?
I have some test sust with some eq That I want to run During the cycle, I was thinking towards the middle or end.
When do you guys think I should through in the other Stuff in? Also what type of workout should I be looking to do.. .Right now I do:
Mon Legs/Shoulder w cardio
Tues Cardio/ abs
Weds Back BI Cardio
Thursday Cardio
Friday Chest/tris and abs.
Weekends try to do something out doors.
What do you guys think? What other supplements do you guys recommend?
