Ok, to clarify I have previously used GH quite a bit but have not used it or any other gear since the middle of June. Started Tuesday w/ 3iu/day (no other supps) and just finished a fairly intense back workout. I have to say I felt a better pump and now 30 min after, feel pretty good over-all, where as most of you who train back heavy know-a heavy back day is absolutley exhausting and can make you feel like shit.
Is it in my head or could 4 days of G possibly made the workout a bit better??
