Shit i don't remember. I had mine 40 yrs ago (1971) and only made one mistake. I went to work that night and no ice to be found which i needed for the swelling.

Was only away from lifting for 3-4 days. No cardio tho for about 2 weeks. Keep ice on often and lay low the first few days and you'll be fine. Dont overdo it the first few days or you will swell up big time !

dr said one in ten have a hard time with it. i woke up the next day ready to go back to work. jumped back in to quick, hurt like hell for 2 weeks. take a good 3 to 4 days off and dont do shit!

Most guys I know are down about 7-10 days but Ive seen them back sooner.
Let yourself heal and recover,,dont push it.

I was out about a week.

The only mistake I made was not wearing an athletic support for as long as I said. Surgery was Friday, back at work on Monday, no jock, paid for it.
Felt like bowling balls by the time I got home. But they looked the same.

Had it done on Friday, had sex Sunday (slowly), squated Tuesday. I was totally black and blue but really wasn't that bad. I have a couple of friends that cried for 2 weeks, but I think they had low pain threshold.

As far as sex, no noticeable difference. If anything semen less quantity and perhaps thicker.

Bro take two weeks off. Consider it a resting time for the muscles. Took me about a day before I could bang again but you dont want to get the cut infected. First day bag of frozen peas and the couch. Have some you time.

Had it done 9 yrs ago. Best thing I ever did! No need for condoms and the wife doesnt have to take the pill. I was out of the gym a little over a week. Dont rush it. Heal up and watch some movies with a bag of frozen peas on your nuts. Sex doesnt feel any different at all.
