Is Vegan protein any good in building muscle. I have had severe stomach issues the past two years. I wanted to fas and try and not eat any dairy,eggs or meat for a few months and see how I feel. I wanted to make sure I keep at least a moderate protein intake without SOY. I found two products that dont have soy that looked good with the following ingriedents. Any thought or opinions. I forget who was a Vegan. Was it Frank Zane?
