Hi bros, here you have the pics of the show, i was prepare to pass the f.... drug test, i copete in this countest to get in the national team, no mather the place you take you only need the word NEGATIVE, and you are in.....
It is very difficult to get a good shape without as, remember that i was on orals and i stop the cycle 4 weeks to the show, the exact time you need the best as to get ready hard and lean.
I taked aldactone with torasemide to erase any possible rests of any as, but i cant control this diuretics, and i was sweating like a pig, i tink i was 2nd but i took 4rth place becouse i have a lot of problems with the federation, and the national sports inst. last year.
But no problem. i think i am going to get in the team, and then negociate with them my rights.
I start since today taking everything i can to the ss

I think that you would have placed higher, possibly won if you would pose better. In all the poses you make yourself look smaller than you are. You are the biggest of the 4, possibly the best conditioned, but you can't tell that from the way that you pose.

Your right about being flat and your BF being too high but then again so was the rest of the stage. I don't think anyone on that stage could make the top 15 at the JR. nationals or Nationals in the states. I personally think you need to lay off the HIT and SLOW training for a while especially in the leg area and add a few more reps and sets, it would'nt hurt to see what would happen. I don't think you'd shrink like you think it might help your shape some. Don't worry I still have a lot of work to do myself and have plenty of faults so take that as contructive and not destructive.
