It's the same thing. I'd aim for atleast 93/7... Ground turkey and ground beef >90% lean can be found for under $3/lb.
If that's still out of your price range then try to find frozen bonelss skinless chicken breasts for around $2/ lb.
But hey if your bulking and want the extra fat then go for it... For me tho, even when bulking I get the leanest meats possible and add in fats other ways. (EVOO, eggs, fish oil, almond butter)
