VIAL RUBBER STOPPER ROT???

I have heard of plunger rot in syringes, never seen it though. Has anyone heard of or seen or know anything about rubber stoppers in vials rotting? im wondering because i have some gear i need to store for awile . should i freeze it?

If the BB concentration or whatever solvent is used is high the potential exists
for it to start dissolving plastics and others. As long as the vial isn't sitting
upside down or on its side where its in constant contact it shouldn't be a problem.

Freezing it is unnecessary. You're only going to cause it to fall out of suspension.
Just store it right side up in a cool dark place and you should
be fine.
