This is a really shitty video, I didn't even realize I was being filmed by my buddy but it still conveys the Idea of this exercise so worth posting.
This is my favorite Bicep exercise. I have back problems so standing any thing curls hurts my back very bad, this takes all the stress off my back. I will start by using strict form to failure then use my body weight, hips/lower back to create momentum to continue on through the set, and I can get an additional 6-8 reps on avg past that initial failure using my momentum within the set.
If you want to take it a step further, do exactly as I described then strip the weight cutting off 30-40% of the weight and continue on, strict to momentum.
