I have some inj b12 how often do you guys use it?do you do it IM or sub injects?

if it's the synthetek brand...you load 1cc a day for 7 days....to get the red blood cells up, then maintain 1cc every 3 days or so to keep the levels up. And you put it in sub.....belly area is where i go....Great stuff. I read the hype on it here and tried it...been 3 weeks on...AMAZING stuff! For me anyway!

If you have Synthelamin, then as Slimjones said, as it's the only time release inj B12 that exists.

If it's any other one, that means it only contains cyanacobalamin and you will need 1,000-2,000mcg/ day, every day.

Vet b complex with b12 has more puch for less $

I paid $ 850 including free shipiing for Vet Vitamin B12 and B complex. Each ml has 1000 ul b12 and the bottle has 250 ml. You can buy it from many of the Vet places. You have to read the description carfully as some of these don't have the same potentcy as the one I got. No perscription either. I am not sure if my mood has gotton better ? I take Centrum brand my multi plus a stress vitamin and I honestly think that is all I need. Less holes in my body. However , I am a weird part of my life. I am about to give my notice and taking a new job so it a sort of stressed out. If life were more consistent for me I would be a better judge of the product. I did read omega 3 fish oil also helps depression and makes you feel goo.

Aha, I picked up a 10mL vial of B12, and 4 syringes at a local pharmacy for like 8 bucks. It's been a while since i've used the b12 injectables. I picked up that stuff about week ago, and am yet to actually do the injection, i was reading that people were getting some crazy side effects from some of the perservatives . Plus this is a different brand then ive used in the past, and am worried about how my body will react to it. I know ill probably be fine, its just me being retarded. I'll get over it and do the injection like tomorrow or something LOL. What do you guys think?
