water to add to ghrp -2 (5 mg)?

How much water should be added to a vial of 5 mg ghrp -2? I just added 1 full IU of water and I think I may have added to much?

Also how much draw each time should I take out with the syringe after the correct amount of water is added if I only want 50 mcg per shot?

then
2iu's = 50mcg

Therefore if I added 10 cc's of water to 5 mg of ghrb -2, then could I still divide appropriately and achieve the same results but taking 2/10ths of a cc to make 50 mcgs?
