My experience with Synthelamin is that it is a mad appetite enhancer. Don't use it while dieting as it will make you too hungry.

It has to beinjected. IM or SQ.

I recomend that you use 1ml everyday for the first week as a loading phase followed by 1ml every 3 days or so.
That way a bottle will last you 50 weeks (1 year).
