I have set up an email where you can send Big A well wishes, amusing stories or any good read to get his mind off his current stresses or to give him some support.
Please, if you are going to write to this email make it worth a read! That is, not a one line "good luck" because chances are someone is going to print them out so he can read them when things start to get him down, or for a line to the outside community. Send him thoughts and well wishes sure, but how about some funny stories too, some humour, even some personal stuff (no one will be reading them except Big A, don't worry)...
I've known some other fellas who have gone through the stresses of ours and US legal systems, and a couple have commented that things like this really help.

I am personally wishing him all the best in his time of stress and hoping he finds the strength within to maintain his peace and his dignity until it all blows away, far away. IronMike
