I know he'll kill me for this and I know its not life threatening but if each of you could say a prayer for my brother Hotttsauce it would be much appreciated.

He woke up Friday morning sick as hell, coughing up blood (from coughing so hard) and has bronchitis. I feel horrible for him. He's busted his ass for this show. If each of you could just say a prayer and keep him in your thoughts id appreciate it.

Wednesday I was traveling out of town overnite and ended up having chills, shakes, severe sweats, achey, etc. Thursday I skipped out early of a business conference came home and slept on and off, called my buddy for a z pack hoping that would cure it.

Woke up Friday, coughing up a lot of blood and had not slept that night, sweating like crazy with the aches n shakes.

Went to the ER and fortunatley a friend of mine was the head ER nurse and got me in quick. Fever of 103 and still sweating, they wanted to pump me full of IV but I refused. Ended up with a butt load (literally) of antibiotics and a script for Albuterol and more anit's.

Ends up I have an upper respiratory infection, severe bronchitis and tore the lining in the upper part of my lungs with the coughing and the blood was pooling at the bottom of them, therefore the strong antibiotics shot. They are smoothing me out bad too!

Missed two days of workouts but hit light cardio this a.m. and did 1 set of back and traps to get moving around. If I am able, I am gonna hit cardio again at noon and this eve.

Always hate to sound like a complainer, but man, this was pretty bad and I was more than a little worried about the blood.

Main needs to get to feeling better himself BTW! So think of him as well. He is like me and would't generally say it.

Thanks S! I got a good laugh outta that and I needed it (even tho it kinda hurt my chest ..lol)! I am built more like the Skipper but def. the personality of Gilligan! He was from WV too ya know!
