We of course use them in specific forearm work, but we also use them in a lot of other exercises.Just purchased a pair of fat gripz, excited to use them on my next arm workout! My forearms could use some mass. Do you guys use them for a lotta different exercises, or mainly just arms?
Hammer Curls, dumbbell curls, lying tricep extensions, etc.
Figured out it was a great tool for other muscles.
Try a bicep workout using them exclusively and let us know what you think!
