Alright im starting to go through my bulking stage and just need some help from anyone thats got my answer. I always hear on this board and others about peoples diest/Calorie intake being like 4000 Calories or more. Now i get full easily from eating alot of food. So is there a special sort of food i could be eating that you guys know about that has a shit load of Calories? (protein powder, whey, weight gainer) would any of that help? Because my Whey protein is 300 calories per serving so i mean 4000 is way off from that. thanks
