My next major fabrication project is a back machine. It's a no brainer it will be Hammer Strength. I have used the iso row and liked it. At the gym in Toronto yesterday I "played" with the Hammer low row (have been sick so didn't think it wise to go all out). I just wanted a few opinions from guys who have used both regularly in a balls-to-the-wall workout. The iso row is the older style that "the man" himself used in the Blood & Guts.
