What luck, broke my foot this week.

I'm planning to start my cycle next week and I ended up fracturing my foot this past Friday. I have no choice but to get on since I been in a weird funk and got out of shape and put on some bad weight. Looks like I'll be taking leg day very easy.
 
I had the same thing happen to me back in December. I was in a cast for 70 days, I never stopped training or doing squats or deads I just couldn't do calfs on the foot that was broke. Over the winter I got the biggest I have ever been and never missed a workout while being in the cast just a small right calf muscle. U will be fine man, just keep on killing it

You do have a choice to not start until you can maximize your experience. Being in a weird funk, out of shape and putting on bad weight are not reason [IMO] to start a cycle as all those issues can be addressed without aas.
I mean don't get me wrong I'm sorry you broke your foot and all and hope you have a speedy recovery. Just wanna make sure you enter this cycle with the right and proper mindset. If you do proceed then yes I'm sure it will benefit your upper body stuff. But sometimes when injuries occur plans have to change accordingly.
