I do notice the leaner I get the more I get injured....
I have been using Omega Fish Oils, glucosamine, chondroitin, BCAA's daily and it seems to help my joints a bit...
Also recently on super heavy lifts I have began using Inzer sleeves, knee wraps and wrist wraps...Never used to believe in them, but I have had one too many knee and wrist and elbow issues and the Inzer 3 velcro sleeves have been amazing.
